This is a photograph of a brass sample. On the left side the metal has not been sealed and has oxidized whereas on the right a sealer has been applied which keeps the brass in a shiny pristine condition with no aging. The metal which is 95% pure and 5% binder ( these two parts are mixed ) is then applied to a surface in a similar manner as plaster. The finish can be left flat or an embellishment can be added. Since this is a thin skin of metal and applied in a continuous style with no joints, the material is suitable for an accent wall , backsplash or a curved wall.
